Unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
"Account"
The registered user account created on the Platform, associated with a unique username and governed by these Terms.
"Balance"
The total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds. Real-money and bonus balances are tracked and governed separately.
"Bonus Funds"
Credits awarded to a User pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements and additional terms specified in the relevant promotion.
"KYC"
Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the operator to confirm a User's identity, age and payment method ownership in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
"Platform"

"Real Money"

"Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover"

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on dk223, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:
dk223 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.
Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password and any additional information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify dk223 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. dk223 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Account details, including your registered name and date of birth, must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification. Discrepancies between account registration details and verified identity documents may result in withdrawal delays or account closure.
Accounts may be denominated in the currency accepted at the time of registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) equivalent balances are referenced in promotional materials, these are illustrative examples only. Users should verify the operational currency with the Platform cashier prior to depositing.
Accounts that remain dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. The Platform may apply administrative fees to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Users will be notified before any such fees are applied.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment references to local channels (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are provided for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute a representation that any such provider supports, endorses or is affiliated with online gambling. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day/month, as specified in the cashier at the time of deposit. dk223 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, made in breach of these Terms or otherwise unlawful.
Deposits made using bonus-restricted payment methods, prepaid cards or third-party accounts may not qualify for promotional offers and are subject to enhanced scrutiny under AML policies.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. dk223 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process, fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements and compliance with the Platform's withdrawal conditions. dk223 does not guarantee any specific processing time for withdrawal requests.
Withdrawals will, as a general rule, be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy exists as an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) control and is not a technical limitation. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, the Platform may request additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal method.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month. Requests below the minimum threshold cannot be processed until the qualifying balance is reached. Requests above the maximum threshold may be processed in installments.
dk223 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing large withdrawals. The User may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in such cases.
Withdrawals where the Account has not completed full KYC verification, where the Account is under investigation, or where active bonus conditions have not been met, will be held pending resolution of the relevant matter.
All promotional offers made available through dk223 are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Any bonus, free bet or free spin award must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings derived from the bonus can be converted to real-money balances eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means the User must place qualifying bets totaling PKR 150,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met. All figures used in these Terms and in promotions are illustrative unless confirmed by the operator.
While a bonus is active, the User's maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is limited as specified in the promotion terms (commonly PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per wager, or as otherwise stated). Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted stake during an active bonus period will render the bonus void and may result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots commonly contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 0%). Users must consult the game contribution table for the relevant promotion before commencing play.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry period specified in the promotion. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds (e.g., a maximum cash-out of PKR 25,000). Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will not be eligible for withdrawal.
dk223 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover conditions without genuine risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other activity that dk223 considers to be in bad faith.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game or sports-betting rules applicable to the relevant product. Game and betting rules are displayed within each game or product interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, interruption or disconnection during gameplay or while a bet is being processed, the Platform's records shall be the authoritative record of the outcome of any bet or game round. Where a malfunction occurs, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account at the Platform's discretion.
For sports betting, all results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for cricket matches, FIFA for football). In-play betting odds are subject to suspension at any time without prior notice.
dk223 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits per bet, per game session or per calendar day across any product. These limits are communicated within the relevant product interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Users may be required to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, when depositing above specified thresholds, or as part of an ongoing account review.
Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current Pakistani passport. The Platform may also request proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past 90 days) and a selfie or liveness verification check.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk223 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or reputational damage.
dk223 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical failures or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform accessibility. dk223 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk223 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or absence of errors or harmful components.
dk223 does not guarantee winnings, does not claim any Pakistan regulatory approval and does not accept liability for any losses incurred as a result of participation in games or sports betting on the Platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk.
dk223 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where:
Upon account termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation and will be returned to the User by the most appropriate means available, net of any verified outstanding liabilities.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dk223 support. Requests for self-exclusion are handled through the responsible gambling tools on the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk223 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under the consumer protection or other applicable laws of their own jurisdiction. However, Users in jurisdictions where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own legal risk, and dk223 accepts no liability for any regulatory or legal consequences resulting from such access.
dk223 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email, by a prominent notice on the Platform, or by both means. The notification will include the effective date of the revised Terms.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
